Commanding Officer- C/CAPT Daniel Quiceno
Hello! My name is Daniel Quiceno, and I am the Regimental Commanding Officer. I am honored to serve as the head of the Linden High School NJROTC program. In this role, I lead, manage, and represent the entire unit while working closely with my Senior Naval Science Instructor Commander Boyd Decker. As the Commanding Officer, I mentor and maintain close connections with the battalion Commanding Officers and Executive Officers to ensure strong leadership throughout the classes. Outside of NJROTC, I am very involved in my school community including clubs, and participate in cross country and track & field.

Operations Officer - C/CDR Tilelli Oukhellou
Hello! My name is Tilelli Oukhellou, and I'm the Regimental Operations Officer. I handle the logistics and behind-the-scenes work for the majority of events and day-to-day operations within the unit. Outside of JROTC, I love spending time with my loved ones, traveling, and trying new things!

Executive Officer - C/CDR Ania Grzybowska
Hello everyone, my name is Ania Grzybowska and I am the Regimental Executive Officer here at our NJROTC Unit at Linden High School. Being the second in command I work closely with the Regimental Commanding Officer and oversee the Staff Departments which are a big component of our regiment. Outside of NJROTC I enjoy hiking, spending time with loved ones, and taking on new hobbies.

Busreth
Hello! My name is Antonelli Busreth. I’m the Regimental Command Master Chief. My job is to aid and advise the Commanding Officer on all matters related to the Enlisted cadets. I maintain discipline and a well-balanced chain of command. Also, as part of my job, I work with the Senior Enlisted Advisors in each Battalion. Outside of JROTC, I enjoy listening to music and spending time with friends.

Montesdeoca

Hello! My name is David Montesdeoca. As the Commanding Officer of First Battalion, I am entrusted with ensuring the overall operational readiness of my battalion, as well as developing future servant leaders instilled with the values of integrity, humility, and courage. Beyond JROTC, I involve myself in extracurriculars including being a past varsity soccer team member, a member of the swim team, a National Honor Society member, and a graduate of the Leadership Academy and Sail Training program. Outside of school, I enjoy running, weightlifting, hiking, and reading.

Hello! My name is Monica Perez, and I am 1st Battalion COPS. With my involvement in this position, I help plan events and make sure the battalion stays organized and runs smoothly. Being involved has helped me build discipline, teamwork, and responsibility. Outside of school, I enjoy going on walks to clear my head, listening to music, and spending time with friends making memories that I’ll always look back on.

BAT XO: C/LCDR: Natasha Lopez

 Hi everyone, my name is Natasha Lopez and I’m the 1st Battalion Executive Officer! As 1st Battalion XO I assist our 1st Battalion Top 4 with daily regimental activities and outside of ROTC, I also engage in other extracurriculars. I proudly serve as the Vice President for the Class of 2026, President of the LYES Club, and member of three honor societies: National Honor Society, Science NHS, and French NHS. Alongside, I’ve volunteered at my local hospital, interned in a cancer research lab and have been an active member at my church!

Hi, I’m Samuel Roman, and I am the 1st Battalion Senior Enlisted Advisor. In this role, I am responsible for maintaining good order and discipline within the Battalion. Outside of ROTC, I watch many films, go to the gym, and hang out with my friends and family.

Hello, my name is Emmily Tigre Villa, and I am the 2nd Battalion Commander at rotc. My responsibilities include managing my class, monitoring cadets, and ensuring that all activities adhere to the POW. Outside of ROTC, I swim for my school and work, which has helped me develop discipline, responsibility, and time management skills. In my spare time, I enjoy taking care of my animals.

Mornin! My name is Vargens & I’m the 2nd batt XO meaning I’m directly involved in the cadets development through a classroom. I enjoy bonding with the cadets but outside of ROTC, I enjoy hiking & making memories with my friends!

Hi, I’m Mya Abreu, and I am the 2nd Battalion Chief of Operations. In this role, I help plan and organize battalion activities, manage schedules, and support daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly. Outside of ROTC, I enjoy crocheting, traveling, and spending time with my friends and family.

BAT S.E.A: C/SCPO: Genesis Rosario

Hi! My name is Genesis, and as s senior enlisted advisor, my job is to foster professional relationships between enlisted and officer ranks in my battalion. In addition to this responsibility, I work with other enlisted advisors and our regimental CMC to discuss our roles, and our secondary junior successors. Outside of ROTC, I find myself balancing work and academics while pursuing further research and education on the environment, which aligns with my career interest. I too maintain leadership statuses such as being the Vice President of French Club, and the President of FNHS, and I participant in 3 other school extracurriculars, and service programs.

McDonald

Hello, my name is Cadet Commander Marleigh McDonald. I am Linden’s 2025-2026 3rd Battalion CO. During my time in ROTC, I have participated in all team activities that are provided in our unit, was the head of Academics during one of our most remarkable years of performance, and recognizably received various awards offered by NJROTC including honor cadet. Outside of ROTC, you may find me swimming, lifeguarding, teaching swim lessons, or completing my studies. Taking school and my studies seriously, I have scored highly on my SAT and scored a 5 on my AP Language Arts and Composition exam. Notably, I also have swam competitively nearly my whole life and have gotten second in the county and placed highly in various high-achieving competitions. I am nonetheless the captain of our high school’s varsity swim team captain for two years now. For this reason, I love being around water, especially the ocean, which is another place you may find me on my off time, even in winter!

Mendoza

My name is Alexander Mendoza and I am the 3rd Battalion Executive Officer. I am second in command to the Battalion Commander, and I assist in managing the leadership, organization, and discipline within the battalion. Within school, I maintain a level of professionalism, and make sure I remain on top of my stuff. Outside of school, I enjoy collecting diecast cars, going out with my friends, and listening to music. Some of my personal favorite artist are julie and The Smiths. I am also a member of the drill team, which I enjoy with a passion as it allows me to feel a sense of accomplishment.

As the C/OPS in my ROTC class, I handle essential background work that keeps everything organized, including preparing inspection sheets, updating rosters, and supporting the overall operation of the class. I am responsible, detail-oriented, and take pride in helping my classmates succeed. Outside of ROTC, I enjoy expressing my creativity by baking after school, keeping up with fashion, and singing.

My name is Aaron Buccino. As 3rd battalion Senior Enlisted Advisor I ensure all cadets in the battalion progress through their pars and ensure all cadets are treated fairly and to elevate the cadets to their greatest potential whether it be physically, mentally, or morally. My main goal is to always put my cadets before myself. Outside of JROTC I am a member of the National Honor Society, Chinese National Honor Society, and Boy Scouts.

Hello, my name is Jayden Tejada. I am the 4th Battalion Commanding Officer for the regiment. I’m currently the captain of the school’s swimming team and participate in track and field, as well as many clubs and extracurricular activities!

Hi! I’m Hannah Valverde, and I am the 4th Battalion Chief of Operations. In this role, I help plan and schedule battalion activities, manage organization and logistics, and make sure everything runs smoothly. Outside of ROTC, I enjoy traveling, playing tennis and spending time with my friends, which helps me stay balanced and motivated.

Hi! I’m Anaise Matos, the 4th Battalion Senior Enlisted Advisor! My role is to assist in maintaining good order and discipline while mentoring cadets and supporting the chain of command. Outside of ROTC, I do various extracurricular activities such as being Class President, and participating in cheer, volleyball, and softball, which have helped me build teamwork, discipline, and leadership skills.

Hello! My name is Peter Sefcik. Taking on the role as the battalion commander for fifth battalion, I am given the task to not only lead, but to prepare my underclassmen, turning them into suitable and confident cadets within the NJROTC program. I work alongside my fellow senior leadership peers to ensure class is run smoothly as possible. Some of my extracurriculars involve being a member of National Honor Society, Spanish National Honor Society, a sprinter for my school’s track & field team, and more. Outside of school, I have a vast number of activities I partake in. Some examples are staying active whether it’s going to the gym, running, hiking, or biking. I’m an avid lover for cars, motorcycles, planes, etc.; anything that has an engine!

Hello! My name is Mia Stoilov, and I am the Fifth Battalion Chief of Operations. I handle all planning, scheduling, and paperwork for Fifth Battalion. I make sure our rosters are up to date and manage the logistics behind daily operations. Beyond JROTC, I stay involved through National Honor Society, Drama Club, managing the varsity soccer team, and holding position as president in the Chess Club. In my free time, I enjoy painting, playing volleyball, and gardening.

I am Laila Thorne. As 5th Battalion’s Senior Enlisted Advisor, I ensure order and discipline within my battalion while providing counseling, mentorship, and advice to cadets. I work hard to ensure that every cadet I encounter is supported and motivated to become the best version of themselves possible. Outside of NJROTC, I am an Ambassador in Girl Scouts of America, a S.O.A.R (Success Over and Above Reality) Business & Entrepreneurship Scholar, a paid intern for an event planning company and a Linden High School Junior Varsity Bowler. It is my goal to continue to motivate, help, and uplift people while developing myself to reach my full potential.

Hello! My name is Khansa Seedahmed, i am the 6th Battalion Executive Officer. I’ve been in rotc for 4 years and made Chief as a junior. Outside of ROTC, I’m in my third year of cosmetology, studying to become an esthetician. I love everything fashion so I tend to always overdress outside of school. I’m always going to new places and trying new things. Im also a diehard eagles fan! Go birds!!

Accinot

Hello! My name is Flamen-cine Accinot, and I am the Sixth Battalion Chief of Operations. I handle all the logistics and work behind the scenes for Sixth Battalion, whether its ensuring our rosters are up to par or making certain that the daily operations are as followed. While I’m not in JROTC, I stay involved in the school community through being the Treasurer of National Honors Society, Student Council, Track & Field, holding a position as one of the presidents of the LHS Podcast and more.  When I’m not busy doing these extracurriculars I am usually enjoying time with family/friends.

Hi, my name is Excel Tonytitus-Ekpei and I am the 6th Battalion Senior Enlisted Advisor. In ROTC I work closely with the regimental CMC to counsel and mentor the enlisted cadets in my battalion. Outside of ROTC I enjoy bowling, going on runs and hanging out with my friends.
